Can I return unwanted items?

Yes, if for any reason you no longer require your goods, or you have ordered an incorrect item by mistake we will offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase if the item is returned to us in its original condition and packaging.

If you wish to return an item back to us please phone us on 01277 562102 to inform us. We will then email you a Sales Order Returns Form, you will need to print a copy for the returned items. Note we cannot accept any items that does not include this form. Any items sent without this information will be refused.

Orders Over £100 will be sent with our FREE next day service.

Orders Under £100 will be charged at £6.75 for Next Working Day Delivery.
